26 May 2015, TuesdayOctober, 11 The Bolshoi Ballet returns to silver screens to the joy of fans all over the world. In new 2015-2016 season 7 ballets will be broadcasted in cinemas. In live the audience will see such legendary classic as "Giselle" by Adolf Adan and "Don Quixote" by Ludwig Minkus and two recent premieres: "Lady of the Camellias" staged by John Neumeier and "The Taming of the Shrew" staged by Jean-Cristophe Maillot. Three magnificent broadcasts from past seasons will be broadcasted as well: "Jewels" by George Balanchine and two stagings by Yury Grigorovich - "Nutcracker" and "Spartacus". The greatest names of the ballet world will take on the Moscow stage, such as Svetlana Zakharova, David Hallberg, Olga Smirnova, Vladislav Lantratov, Denis Rodkin and Mikhail Lobukhin.
