Olga Suvorova

Dancer

She was born in Moscow. In 1984 after graduation from the Moscow Choreographic College (now the Moscow State Choreographic Academy, the graduation class of Sofia Golovkina), she joined the Ballet Company of the Bolshoi Theater. In a very short time after that she was entrusted with solo and leading parts. She rehearsed these parts under the guidance of Galina Ulanova.

In 1991-94 she danced at the Vienna Staatsoper and the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. Then she became the leading soloist at “The Kremlin Ballet” theater, where she danced leading roles in many ballets from the classical repertoire.

In 1997 she returned to the Bolshoi Theater.
